Visiting Friends or Family in Jail
This facility has transitioned to expand offender visitation availability by allowing the additional use of a new remote video visitation process provided by Telmate. This new visitation technology will allow for more visits at more times without the need to travel to the Visitation Center. It does not replace the current onsite visit process, but opens up the availability to visit from a remote site using the internet.
First time visitors must be verified with the Telmate system before visiting with an offender. To become verified, visit www.gettingout.com or access a Telmate kiosk. (See below for kiosk locations and hours.)
The Visitation Center is an onsite video visitation center that allows visitors to video visit with offenders.

Remote (offsite) video visiting is available to friends, family, and others using a Web browser. Video visits may be conducted from any computer with high-speed Internet, a webcam, microphone, & speakers. Video visits are provided by Telmate and are available for $0.50/min in 30-minute blocks.
Once visitors have become verified, visitors may request a visit by going to www.gettingout.com or accessing a Telmate kiosk. (See below for kiosk locations and hours.)
Available visiting times may vary throughout the facility, depending on classification and housing unit. All visit requests must be confirmed before visit can occur. Offenders will not be permitted to visit during their lockdown time.
The Telmate system provides additional optional means of communication between friends and family members including secure messaging and photo sharing.
